铁路结合部设备配合作业安全风险分析及实践

Safety risk analysis and practice of equipment's cooperative operation in railway joint sections

摘要: 为提高铁路结合部设备配合作业安全管理水平,预防设备故障及事故的发生,以某站区为例,总结铁路结合部设备管理现状,从人、机、环、管4个方面,深入分析配合作业存在的风险因素;以最常见的工电配合作业为例,进行实践验证,通过成立联合作业小组等措施,提高工电配合安全管理水平。研究结果表明:加强配合作业安全管理,可以有效降低设备故障发生,从而达到预防事故的目的。

Abstract: In order to improve safety management of equipment's cooperative operation in railway joint sections, and to prevent equipment failures and accidents, with certain station area as an example, current situation of equipment management was summarized, and risk factors of cooperative operation were analyzed from aspects of human, machine, environment and management. Then, case study was conducted on the most common industrial and electrical cooperative operation for practical verification, and a series of measures such as setting up a joint operation group were carried out to improve safety management of such cooperation. The results show that strengthening safety management in cooperative operation can effectively reduce equipment failures, so as to achieve the purpose of accident prevention.
